Plus de 5 ans se sont écoulés depuis la dernière visite à Brane de la Commanderie de Bordeaux à Copenhague...mais Jorn Christensen n'a pas changé d'un iota... Dynamique et drôle, il s'enflamme toujours lorsqu'il parle de nos vins et plus encore de la fameuse soirée pour laquelle Henri Lurton avait offert du 59 pour un dîner très particulier, à Copenhague, et dont les membres gardent, parait-il, un souvenir impérissable!  La seule petite (ou grande !) différence c'est qu'il s'enflamme tout autant lorsqu'il parle de ...ses petits-enfants.'Oubliez les enfants, nous dit-il, concentrez-vous sur les petits-enfants!!!'....

More than 5 years had passed since the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Copenhagen had last visited Brane...but Jorn Christensen hasn’t changed one bit.. Dynamic and funny, he still gets worked up when he speaks about our wines and especially about the famous evening for which Henri Lurton had offered a 1959 for a special dinner in Copenhagen, which apparently has remained engraved in its members’ memories! The only minor (or major!) difference is that he gets just as worked up when he speaks about…his grandchildren. ’Forget about children,’ he said. ‘Focus on grandchildren!!!!’

This lively and convivial evening was an excellent way to end a very busy week. The members and their wives especially had had a truly hectic programme. But fortunately after Brane, they treated themselves to a moment of rest with an excursion to Arcachon!

Here are a few photos taken by candlelight in the evening with an iPhone (which means they aren't very clear) that nonetheless evoke the warm ambiance that prevailed in our tasting room. An original menu was concocted by Mathieu Detchar for a nice change, and a few gems were served to accompany it....especially a magnificent Magnum bottle of 1985!

从最后一次哥本哈根波尔多美食协会访问布莱恩庄园到现在已经5年的时间了......但是，Jorn Christensen一点都没有变，幽默、充满活力，每次谈到我们的葡萄酒，他都会非常激动，特别是那个非常“著名”的夜晚，为了这个特殊的晚宴，亨利`勒顿甚至拿出了59年的佳酿，这让每个协会的成员都难以忘怀！比起五年前，只有一点点的不同（或者很大的不同），当谈论他的孙子们的时候，他会同样的激动。“忘了自己的子女，他对我们说道，把你们的精力都放在你们的孙子们身上！！！”......

晚会非常热闹，气氛融洽，为繁忙的一周完美地划上了句号。日程安排对订货商，尤其是他们的夫人们来说非常满！还好，之后，他们在Arcachon徒步旅行，度过了一段美好的休闲时光！

Iphone拍下几张夜幕降临时烛光下的照片，（不是很清楚）但是仍然能从中感受到我们的品酒室笼罩的热烈气氛。Mathieu Detchar精心制作独特的菜单，一些小饰物配于其中......尤其有一大瓶85年份酒！
