Event Description Please join us for a very rare visit with Henri Lurton, proprietor and wine maker at Château Brane-Cantenac. Chateau Brane-Cantenac can trace its history to the 18th Century, and was classified a second-growth of the Margaux appellation in 1855. Prior to World War I the wine commanded prices similar to those of the first-growths, and was widely considered the “First of the Seconds” during that period. Mr. Lurton’s family has been linked to the property since the 1920s. It is an honor to have him in Chicago for this event and we hope you will join us on this special occasion.

Chef Michael Kornick will prepare a special dinner paired to six outstanding vintages of Château Brane-Cantenac, and space is very limited.
